Sharing and processors

Retention

  • Order and invoicing data: retained for 7 years (Swedish bookkeeping law).
  • Account data: retained while the account is active, then deleted within 90 days unless legal retention applies.
  • Marketing consent records: kept while consent is active and 12 months after withdrawal for audit.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data by contacting [email protected]. You can also file a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
