Sharing and processors

Retention

- Order and invoicing data: retained for 7 years (Swedish bookkeeping law).
- Account data: retained while the account is active, then deleted within 90 days unless legal retention applies.
- Marketing consent records: kept while consent is active and 12 months after withdrawal for audit.
