Refund and replacement policy.

This policy explains how Moody Media handles cancellations, replacements, and refunds for backlink campaigns and marketplace orders.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order at any time before content is approved by the publisher. Once content is approved or published, cancellation is no longer possible. Where a publisher has already produced work, that cost is non-refundable.

Replacement

If a link is removed by the publisher within 12 months of publication, Moody Media will replace it on a publisher of equal or better quality at no extra cost. Replacements outside of 12 months are evaluated case by case.

Refunds

Refunds are issued if Moody Media cannot deliver a placement that meets the agreed brief. Refunds typically take 7-14 business days, returned to the original payment method.
